WAP Sustainability was created out of clear understanding and
appreciation for Sustainability Managers and what they need to be successful.

We want to be the leading one-stop shop for sustainability.

We’re here to partner with you in achieving your goals.

When founders, William Paddock and Brad McAllister were Sustainability Managers for a major company and city government they discovered they needed more than “strategy development” from the sustainability consulting community. William and Brad’s hands-on experience taught them the challenges that sustainability presented, the effort credible sustainability took, and the limitations of one person sustainability shops.

This experience as a sustainability manager led Brad and William to create a sustainability firm that provided sustainability leaders and company leaders with a one-stop-shop.

Continuing to grow our team of Changemakers, WAP is honored to be named to the Inc.5000 list for the 2nd year in a row!

A first-of-its-kind laboratory where we can innovate together.

Our LCA lab is stationed right in the heart of Chattanooga. It’s both our home office and collaborative space where we can meet for Life Cycle Assessment discussions and problem-solving sessions.

This first-of-its-kind collaborative space was purpose-built to facilitate intelligent environmental design conversations with you and your team. Sustainable– from the ground up. The lab was retrofitted using building materials from our own clients.

This includes all of the carpet tiles, hard surfaces, toilets, sinks, countertops, desks, chairs, and wall coverings. We’re here to help you every step of the way– offering a wide range of technical and strategic services.

Our mission is to help you achieve your sustainability goals and make an impact on the global environment. WAP Sustainability has since emerged as a partnership of sustainability leaders who provide both technical and strategic competencies to clients. We are your partner in sustainability.
